What Shipping Methods Are Available?

MallMoola allows each Vendor, to use the shipping method / service providers they prefer to deliver their product, which means we provide multiple shopping options.

MallMoola gives each Vendor a list of conditions that the shipping method or service needs to adhere to, to maintain high levels of security and client satisfaction.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Each Vendor has clear summaries of how many days a product takes to ship to a destination.

As a MallMoola user, you will be able to track your product very easily by visiting our "Track Your Order" Page and entering the correct details.

Does MallMoola Ship Internationally?

MallMoola currently only ships nationally within South Africa.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

MallMoola Payment Gateways are integrated with PayPal and Ozow.

MallMoola offers you various security measures to ensure your data and financial security online! We use a secure connection and integrate with trusted payment gateways.

While you are buying that bargain you wanted, or booking that service that you just need to spoil yourself with, MallMoola will keep you secure, ensure successful delivery of your product and service and follow up to make sure that the transaction was satisfactory for both the Buyer and the Vendor.

Order & Returns

How do I place an Order?

Its very easy to buy or book your service or product.

When you see a product you want to buy, just click on the add to cart button. Before the product or service is added to your cart, you will have to choose the amount of items, colors, time etc.

From there click on the cart button in the to bar and your will see the check-out option on the cart page. When you follow these easy steps, you will go through the automatic process or ordering and purchasing your favourite product.

Services or Rental bookings have a check-availability options, that you could complete to check availability before making your rental booking.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

As a MallMoola User you will have access via your user dashboard to track orders, manage orders, follow Vendors or check your support messages.

When your purchased a product or booked a service and need to cancel or change your product. Login to your account, click on the orders page and check the available options for each product or service booked or paid for.

If you need more support, log a support message directly with the Vendor that supplies the product or service, or log a support message with the MallMoola team and we will assist you every step of the way.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You dont need an account to view some of our products or services. You will need an account to buy a product or book a service. If you don't have an account connected to a transaction, we wont be able to support either the buyer or the seller in regards to the sale or service.

How Do I Track My Order?

On the main header menu, click on the Track My Order Menu button. You will be directed to the Tracking Page.

Complete the interactive form and our system will give you the latest update in regards to your order.

You will also be able to follow all updates about your order or purchase, by logging into your account and reviewing your orders from the dashboard.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you're unhappy with your product or service, you will be able to do a RMA request from your orders page.

Every Vendor has its own RMA conditions for a product and service, that was approved by the MallMoola to meet our Vendor Expectations requirements.

Step one will be to process a RMA request, which will be managed by the Vendor. If the returns process is not satisfactory then the MallMoola team will help to resolve the issue.
